We are pleased about your interest in our company and our services.

We would like you to know when we collect data, which data we collect and how we use it. Furthermore, we would like you to know that your data is secure at all times. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that data privacy protection regulations are complied with, not only by us but also by external third-party service providers.

Personal data are items of information about your identity. These include details such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. We only store and process data that you disclose to us voluntarily.

2.1.2 Right of Access / Right to Object

You have the right to be informed at any time about your personal data stored by us. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent to the collection and storage of your personal data on our part at any time. If required, please send an email to osb@osb.ba.

2.1.3 Data Rectification

If you determine that the personal data we have on file for you is no longer up to date, or that the information we have stored is incorrect, we would be pleased if you would inform us of this. Please send an email to osb@osb.ba.

2.1.4 Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change our security and data privacy protection measures, in so far as may be required by technical developments. In such cases, we will also adjust our data privacy protection guidelines accordingly. Please therefore always note the current version of our privacy policy.

2.2 Use of the OSB Website

When you visit our Internet site, we only collect statistical data about our visitors. A statistical summary merely informs us which browser has been used, which page or file has been called up and at what time, and from which Internet page you have reached our website. No reference to the individual visitor may be obtained; in particular we do not acquire the IP addresses of visitors to our site.

2.2.1 Information on Cookies

To make your visit to our website as convenient as possible for you, we use cookies. A cookie is a small text file which your Internet browser receives from our server automatically and stores on your computer. Your privacy remains protected. 

No personal data will be stored on the basis of which you can be identified. The cookies make it possible to recognize you on your next visit to our website. You do not need to reenter any information. Thus you can use our service faster and even more conveniently.
We use 2 types of cookies.

Session cookies: These are text files which only remain on your computer until you leave our website. In other words, upon leaving our website, the cookie is deleted again and no longer has any effect. 

Permanent cookies: These are not deleted after leaving the website. 

2.2.2 Use of the OSB Newsletter

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need you to provide a valid email address as well as information allowing us to check that you are the owner of the email address provided, or that the owner of the email address is in agreement with the receipt of the newsletter. Additional data shall not be collected.

Your agreement to save the data and the email address as well as to use the email address to send the newsletter can be revoked at any time in the newsletter itself or at: osb@osb.ba 

2.2.3 Links and References

In the case of direct or indirect reference to third-party websites (“hyperlinks”) which lie outside the responsibility of the provider of this website (us), we can only accept liability if we possess knowledge of the contents and if it is feasible for us to prevent use in the case of illegal contents.

It is herewith declared that at the time of creating the links no illegal contents to the linked pages was evident. We herewith expressly distance ourselves from all illegal and / or erroneous content on all linked third-party sites that we may not have noticed. We have no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the contents or the copyrights of linked web pages. We therefore distance ourselves expressly from the content of all pages to which our website contains links and which have been changed since linking. This statement is valid for all links and references within the context of our own Internet site.  

2.3 Information on Child Protection

Persons below the age of 18 should not transmit personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not request any personal data from children and youths, nor do we collect this data or pass it on to third parties.

2.4 Our own Data

The use of our published contact data for the transmission of unsolicited information (advertisements, etc.) is unwanted and not permitted. We reserve the right to take legal steps against the sender of spam mails.

3. Information on Data Privacy Protection for Applicants

Within the framework of the application process and during the course of the working relationship, it is necessary for business and legal purposes to store your data and use it if necessary. 

If you provide us with an email address or send us your documents via this email address, we act on the understanding that we are permitted to use this address to communicate with you.

In sending their documents (electronically or in hard copy), applicants declare their consent to OSB recording their personal data with an application photo and other details in a database and to the use of these for the above-mentioned purposes.

This consent may be revoked by notification in an email to: osb@osb.ba.
